Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the transport method you choose and your shipping zip code.


Please note: International orders may be contacted if there are any issues with your order. Adjustments to shipping rates for international orders may be necessary. Your order will not ship until you have approved the revised total order amount. Please allow extra time to process international orders.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. When a price increase is not reflected on the web site, we will notify you before shipping. If a price has been reduced, you will automatically get the benefit of the lower price, even if it has not yet been changed on the web site.

Return Policy:

No returns will be accepted -except for defective merchandise. In the unlikely chance of a defective product, a new product will be shipped after the defective item is verified by a technician.

Shipping and Guarantee Policies

International Orders are shipped via DHL which means International customers receive their orders in 3-5 days, however depending upon the country it can take longer. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or customs fees due, if any, to that country. We do reserve the right to reject shipping to some countries.

USA Orders

We strive to process all orders received within 48 hours, however most orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail the same day when received before 1:00 PM West Coast Time. Our minimum shipping charge is $5.00. In some instances certain orders are shipped by FedEx or other shippers at our discretion. Allow at least 3 days and up to 5 business days for delivery, though we do ship all FedEx Nextday orders the same business day when received before 2:00 PM Mon.-Thurs., 11:00 AM on Fridays - West Coast Time. You can email us first with special shipping instructions and we can make provisions. Any guarantees made are by the shipping company such as US Postal Service, DHL, FedEx, etc. Please allow that it may be up to 48 hours before your order is processed and shipped via our default US Priority Mail shipping, though most orders are shipped the same business day when received before 1:00 PM West Coast Time. Please allow for weekends and holidays when ordering. All orders on Fridays after 11:00 AM are shipped on Monday or the next business day during holidays. All shipping delivery times are based on each specific carrier's policy and are not guaranteed by AudioWhiz.

Please double check your shipping address as this can delay your order if it's incorrect.

Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears the bank, please allow an additional 7-10 days if you pay by check.

FedEx Nextday & Express Delivery

Orders received before 2:00 pm West Coast Time are shipped the same day
Except Fridays - Cut Off Time 11:00 AM

USPS Next Day Express, and FedEx overnight does require a signature, so please make provisions to receive your package. If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, additional shipping charges may be applied when re-shipped. If an order is returned for refund after being re-shipped due to not being claimed, shipping charges will not be included in the refund, if an order is returned for refund, and express or overnight shipping is designated then only our standard $5.00 shipping charge will be refunded with the purchase amount.

Read This Please:

On some occasions carriers do leave packages at the delivery site without someone actually receiving the package. Their policy is to only do this when it is agreed to by the receiving party. We have had instances of this happening and the package then disappears. We have no control of these circumstances. Once the carrier delivers the package we have no recourse for recovery from them as they have completed the terms of their service, as have we completed the terms of our service to you. Please be sure to make arrangements to secure the delivery of your package.
